INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Subtenant shall carry his or her own professional liability insurance coverage with a minimum coverage of $500,000 per occurrence or the amount required by applicable laws, whichever is greater, and provide Sublandlord with a certificate of insurance; therefore, with Sublandlord (Mattison Avenue Salon Suites and Spa) being named an additional insured thereon to the extent obtainable. *Mattison Avenue's average single suite is roughly 100-120 square feet.
